Peter K. Park, D.O. is double Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, who joined Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in the summer of 2024. Raised in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Park attended the University of Western Ontario for undergrad and then completed medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where he was inducted into the national Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed a General Surgery internship at the University of Washington in Seattle, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also completed his Pain Medicine fellowship and received the Outstanding Fellow of the Year award by the faculty.
Dr. Park has a clinical interest in general chronic pain, degenerative spine conditions (“sciatica”, cervical/lumbar radicular pain), complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and peripheral neuropathy (idiopathic, diabetic, etc.). He focuses on non-opioid, procedure-based treatments, appropriately utilizing minimally invasive spine techniques and neuromodulation (Intracept Procedure, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation, etc.) to manage various pain conditions.
When he is not seeing patients at the Spine Center, Dr. Park enjoys playing soccer, traveling, learning languages, photography, and family time.
