Dr. Gurmit Singh is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon with a passion for providing advanced, minimally invasive solutions for spinal conditions. Raised in Hayward, California, Dr. Singh pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis, before earning his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science – Chicago Medical School.
Dr. Singh completed both his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota, where he gained extensive training in complex spinal procedures. To further refine his expertise, he pursued two prestigious spine surgery fellowships: the Orthopedic Spine Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University and the Comprehensive Minimally Invasive and Outpatient Spine Surgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai and DOCS Surgical Hospital.
With a strong focus on minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Singh specializes in treating spinal disorders with cutting-edge approaches designed to reduce recovery time and improve patient outcomes. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, hiking, cooking, and playing with his dog.
