Physician Assistant to Darrin Trask, M.D.
Sarah Spangler, PA-C works alongside Darrin Trask at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates’ Westside Clinic, specializing in hip and knee total joint replacement. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals return to the activities and lifestyles they love.
Originally raised in Arizona and Ohio, Sarah brings a broad perspective and adaptability to her clinical practice. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from High Point University and is board certified by the North Carolina Certifying Board.

Her clinical training included all core rotations, as well as two focused rotations in orthopaedic surgery. She values the ever-evolving nature of medicine and approaches each day as an opportunity to learn and grow while delivering high-quality care to her patients.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys walking, hiking, baking, and paddleboarding. She also values downtime at home—often spent relaxing with her cat, Arlo.
