Physical Therapist
Lisa Neef, OTR/L is a board-certified occupational therapist at Olympia Orthopaedic Associates with a strong focus on hand therapy and lymphedema management. She is passionate about helping patients regain comfort, function, and confidence so they can return to the activities they love most—whether that means work, hobbies, or simply daily tasks at home.
Originally from Nebraska, Lisa completed her studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and Creighton University, building a solid academic foundation in rehabilitation and patient-centered care.
She holds full-body lymphedema certification, allowing her to provide specialized treatment to support healing, reduce swelling, and improve mobility. Her clinical approach blends expertise with compassion, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys hiking, traveling, and kayaking—activities that fuel her appreciation for movement and the outdoors. She brings that same energy and encouragement to her patients, helping them take meaningful steps forward in their rehabilitation.
