Physical Therapist

Kara Langford joined the OOA Physical Therapy team in 2020 and brings with her experience working with orthopaedic and neurological conditions in an outpatient therapy setting. Her journey to Olympia has included private physical therapy practice, military, and hospital settings. Her goal is to create individualized treatment plans for her patients that focus on restoring functional movements and allow patients to return to their desired level of function.
