Dr. Derek Dombroski is a skilled trauma surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in critical situations who joined Oly Ortho in 2024. Raised in Florida, he has honed his expertise through rigorous training and a commitment to excellence in the field of trauma medicine.

Dr. Dombroski completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University before earning his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then undertook his internship and residency at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong foundation in surgical care. Following his residency, he completed a specialized fellowship in trauma at Parkland Hospital, further enhancing his skills in managing complex trauma cases.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Dombroski enjoys spending his free time on the golf course, fishing, and indulging in good food. He also values fitness and incorporates regular workouts into his routine, believing that a healthy lifestyle contributes to overall well-being.
