Originally from Vancouver, WA, Dr. David Brown joined Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in the fall of 2024 and works primarily at the ROC ortho urgent care clinic.

Dr. Brown earned his Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University in 1990 and went on to obtain his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1994. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI, from 1994 to 1997. Following his residency, he pursued fellowship training in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Washington DC Capital Consortium from 2001 to 2002.

A board-certified physician with a certificate of added qualification in Sports Medicine, Dr. Brown combines his extensive medical training with a holistic approach to patient care. He is particularly interested in human performance optimization and injury prevention, helping athletes and active individuals achieve their best.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Brown is a 25-year Army veteran and enjoys spending his free time tree farming, hiking, and kayaking. He shares his life with his wife, Dr. Linda Brown, an allergist in Olympia.  Dr. Brown is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, empowering them to lead active, healthy lives.
