OOA is looking for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who is interested in augmenting a thriving MSK practice by offering osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment. A successful ARNP will be someone who enjoys helping others recover from and prevent fractures as you work with the group’s other doctors, PAs, and ARNPs.

Join a growing Orthopaedic private practice! We have an opportunity for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work in our Urgent Care Clinic. Prior Orthopaedic and Urgent Care experience is required. As part of the Rapid Orthopaedic Care urgent clinic, you will work to triage patient injuries, complaints, or complications and provide a plan of care for recovery. Under the supervision of a physician, you may provide injections, revisions, splinting and casting as necessary.

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is looking for an experienced Central Sterilization Technician to work in its surgery center. The successful candidate will have experience operating autoclaves, washer-decontaminators, Steris machines, Sterrad, ultrasonic cleaners and sealers along with experience with inventory/stock procedures.

Job Summary: Our Accounts Analysts work to ensure great customer service for the community directly related to insurance and patient medical billing. The team member is responsible for maintaining and monitoring both Insurance and Patient AR. In addition, our Accounts Analysts work directly with our certified coding team to review for compliant billing in regard to CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS guidelines. The Accounts Analyst is expected to be the team expert in relation to payer edits and policy guidelines/ requirements.

General Summary of Duties: Performing all clerical and information technology functions for a physician in a clinic setting. You also must be able anticipate physician needs to facilitate the flow of clinic. Medical Scribes must be discreet, tactful, and modest in performance of duties so as not to distract medical staff from patient care. Good judgment, organizational ability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-motivated are especially important when working as a Medical Scribe. You must be adaptable and versatile since you will be responsible for many tasks. Good attendance is also an important element of this job.

As part of the Rapid Orthopaedic Care urgent clinic, you will work to triage patient injuries, complaints, or complications and provide a plan of care for recovery. Under the supervision of a physician, you may provide injections, revisions, splinting and casting as necessary.

Summary/Objective: The Procurement Director is responsible for the operational and administrative management of purchasing supplies and inventory. Manages and oversees supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory management of specific product lines.

The Queue Scheduler position aides in the patient flow process by answering calls into the practice. The Queue Scheduler would help ensure that calls in are holding for less than 30 seconds, patients calling in are scheduled correctly or transferred to the correct location and ensure their experience with Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is of the highest standard. The person in this position has the opportunity to be cross trained in other Registration positions, to be utilized to cover vacations and absences. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, outgoing, organized, goal-oriented, hardworking, dependable, detailed, and flexible.

General Summary of Duties: The Referral Scheduler position aides in the patient flow process contacting patients referred to our practice to schedule appointments. The Referral Scheduler is often the first point of contact between the patient and the practice to ensure their experience with Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is of the highest standard. The person in this position has the opportunity to be cross trained in other Registration positions, to be utilized to cover vacations and absences. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, outgoing, organized, goal-oriented, hardworking, dependable, detailed, and flexible.

General Summary: A nonexempt position responsible for operating X-ray equipment that assists physicians and physician assistants with diagnosing and/or treating disease and/or injury.
